Recommendations - SEO & Ecommerce

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for anyone with an e-commerce store to recommend a web developer that will do a good job building a beautiful search engine optimised e-commerce store.

I have been set-up as an affiliate to another site for a while until recently. I have acquired some brands, completed a photo-shoot and now need to redesign and optimise my site, and add a shopping cart. This has proved difficult as most I have come across just do not seem to understand that there needs to be a healthy balance between design & SEO due to the fact that being a fashion retail site, getting browsers onto the site is as important as getting them to like the look and feel of the site enough to stay and shop.

I have had enough of sales pitches, and would really appreciate recommendations of companies/individuals with a proven track record in terms of both design and SEO on the main search engines.

Im currently on work experience with a client of theirs and the backend system is just amazing, really well done and so easy to use.

Give them a call tommorow Im sure they will be only willing to help you.

Thanks Ryan. Just given that a good read, made some notes and that info should help get the best out of the developer i eventually go with.
