They have a database of BOPs and mini BOPs called COBRA, but obviously you have to pay to gain access to the information.

A bit of an amateur question here but what exactly are Business Opportunity Profiles?

BOPs are a basic start up guide available for around 300 different business ideas from an Accountability Consultant through to a Yoga & Pilates Instructor. They provide information under the following headings
Are you suited to this type of business?
What formal training do you need?
Who are your customers likely to be?
Who will you be competing against?
What are the key issues affecting the market?
How can you promote this enterprise?
What start up costs can you expect?
What are the legal issues to consider?
Further information & contacts
There are other reports available such as market synopses and Business Information Factsheets which could prove useful with initial research.
