adwords support mayhem

hi folks

wondering if anyone can help me in a bit of an urgent situation

since my new store went live on tuesday, i have tryed to reactivate all my google adwords, however none of my ads have been working since tuesday

I sent an email right away on tuesday, and got an automated response, telling me of all the things to try, i double checked everything over and its all fine, but my ads are just not showing

Since tuesday i have sent a further 3 emails with no replies, i have no support telephone, and no direct support emails. I have no way of contacting them.

Really angry a company that size, has such poor support

Does anyone have any direct support telephone numbers/email contacts for google adwords?

Hi mate

Google are totally useless at support, no phone numbers, they do not reply to emails, its a disgrace and you are not the only one.

Infact, apart from argos who are quite good at phone support, amazon, ebay and paypal seem just as bad as google at support.

See if you get any joy on their sales line (which they seem not to put anywhere you would like to find it on their websites) telephone: 020 7031 3000

thanks for the number, still no luck

couldent even get through to there sales line, it kept taking me back to the main menu, what a joke likes

I am raging today, i wanted my ads up and running on tuesday, its not friday, and still no luck, had no problems last time round, they where up within 10mins

The Manchester office is no good, Google AdWords are based in Ireland.

I am having the same problem. I am trying to run a site targeted campaign and have had no response since wednesday. How did solve the problem?
