2nd Class Mail

I am in the process of a direct marketing campaign and i am just wondering from your exprience how long the 2nd class post to reach the recipient. The reason is I need the letters to reach the customers on certain days of the week. I have had a look at the royal mail website. they just say they aim to deliver in 3 working days.

1st class is not guaranteed next day either, that is the target.

You can't guarantee mail will arrive on a certain date unless you pay extra for next day delivery.
