Business Description

Angelic Gluten Free is a range of reduced fat, gluten and dairy free cookies.  The objective of the business is to become a leading gluten-free brand in the UK, and is aimed at females aged 18-30. There are four cookie flavours in the range and each has been made without hydrogenated fats and contains approximately 15% fat. The products have been developed by a qualified and experienced cook specialising in bakery products.

The business has been undergoing product development for the past 12 months and after developing over 150 recipes has finally achieved a quality range of products. The product is sustainable in the respect that the majority of ingredients have been resourced from fairtrade and organic suppliers, and the ethical values of suppliers are always considered during supply chain relations.
