The 'Cloud' allows freelance developers/designers, technical university students etc, that have the required skills and drive but lack the resources required to secure large-scale projects, to offer their services according to their preferences (e.g. working hours, rates.  These preferences are then married with suitable projects won and managed by the deeg Cloud in-house team.
